The Space:

At over 8,500 feet above sea level and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, there is nothing like experiencing the wonder and glory of the great outdoors in the rarefied air of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and the Loveland Ski area are all within 40 minutes of your doorstep. The Georgetown Loop railroad offers an unforgettable ride on a vintage steam train, as well as a tour of a silver mine. See wild animals, go birdwatching, or frolic among the wildflowers in the springtime. Whatever you do or wherever you go, it's important to have a great space to land and wind down.

Tons of counter space allows you to prepare, serve, or both. A breakfast bar marries the living room and the kitchen and is perfect for meals or snacks.



The half bathroom on the first floor has a fantastic view.



Upstairs, the master bedroom offers comfort galore. The ultra-comfy king bed includes a cushioned headboard and extra pillows. The nightstands have lamps for nighttime reading while the dresser allows plenty of room for your belongings. Sunshine from massive windows, carpeted floors, and a ceiling fan join the space together.



The master bathroom combines a glass shower, his and her sinks, and counter space galore to create a luxurious, calm environment.



The second bedroom has a queen bed, dual nightstands, wall-to-wall carpet, and a ceiling fan. Flooded with Colorado sunshine, the room features positively themed art and radiates joyous energy.



The second full bathroom has one sink and offers a bath/shower option. Stand, soak, or both. The choice is yours.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and one car garage.

Hot tub and pool are located at the Wyndham Hotel walking distance to the condo.

Tiny, charming and perfectly situated at the foot of Guanella Pass in the Rocky Mountains – Georgetown is characterized by its bygone-era charm and walkable downtown. While strolling past local museums, historic buildings, ice cream parlors and shopping nooks, you may forget that you’re only an hour from Denver! This lovely town is glorious in summer, alive with bighorn sheep in fall, and festooned with holiday cheer in winter. And to top it all off, world-class skiing is just a short drive away!



Nearby highlights include Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, the Guanella Pass scenic byway and Bread Bar in Silver Plume. Looking for a challenge? You can bag two beginner-friendly 14ers – Mount Bierstadt and Grays Peak – during your stay. Rafting, fishing, mountain biking and kayaking are also popular activities in the region. Long story short? Georgetown has something for everyone, making it the perfect home base for your Rocky Mountain adventure.

• The hot tub and pool are accessed through the Microtel by Wyndham at 2190 Argentine St, Georgetown, CO 80444, just up the way.

• Note that there is no AC in the townhome. This is normal for homes at 8530' elevation. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh breeze, even in the middle of the summer!

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
