Extraordinaria experiencia

I arrived in Toronto early in the morning and dropped off my luggage at around 7am. I asked if 3pm. was the fixed check-in time, and I was advised to check back around 1pm. to see if my room had been cleaned and was ready. So I walked around downtown, did some shopping, and returned to the hotel around 2pm. Luckily, my room was ready, and I was able to check in. The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the view from my room. A gentleman from housekeeping named Jesse, if I remember correctly, kindly brought me some fresh towels. I really appreciated his kindness. It was my first time in Toronto, but I had a wonderful experience, especially because of the hotel's great location. Everything was within walking distance, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
