Family And Child Friendly Gite

  • Bonito granero convertido de 2 dormitorios, en un pueblo tranquilo, ubicado dentro de 5 acres de campo natural. Jardín privado y área de juegos para niños, que incluye trampolín, columpios, billar (mayo-octubre), tenis de mesa y campos. 10 minutos a pie del pueblo local, bar y panadería. Ideal para familias y parejas.
    Aproximadamente 30 km a Le Mans y 10 minutos en coche de la hermosa ciudad de Alencon, que cuenta con todas las comodidades.

    La cabaña (una vez un antiguo granero) ha sido recientemente renovada a un alto nivel. La casa rural ofrece 2 habitaciones dobles grandes con características originales, un baño grande con bañera con ruedas y un inodoro grande separado, ambos con radiadores de toallas calentados.
    La planta baja tiene una chimenea original con una estufa de leña y vigas originales, que proporciona una cómoda sala de estar para relajarse, con un sofá y una silla reclinables de cuero. Un televisor LCD SKY TV (inglés), playstation y reproductor de DVD con sonido envolvente
    La cocina moderna tiene una placa de gas de cuatro quemadores, horno eléctrico multifunción, microondas, hervidor de agua, cafetera, tostadora, lavadora y todo el equipo de cocina.
    La cabaña tiene un área privada para comer al aire libre, con mesa de picnic, sillas, barbacoa y amplio estacionamiento, también una gran área de juegos para niños y una gran terraza.(compartido con los propietarios) ubicado dentro de 5 acres. Hay mucho espacio para correr.
    Hay luces exteriores y tomas de corriente que permiten a los huéspedes beneficiarse del espacio exterior.
    El supermercado local está a solo 10 minutos en coche, y el mercado local de los sábados se encuentra en Fesnay sur Sarthe, a 10 minutos en coche.

Nette woning op mooie locatie

We hebben een week verbleven in deze woning. Verhuurders zijn gastvrij en de woning was zeer netjes bij aankomst. Het zwembad en de trampoline zijn veelvuldig gebruikt door onze kinderen. Enig nadeel is dat je hier vanuit het terras van de woning geen zicht op hebt. De woning welke in de verhuur is staat achter de woning van eigenaars welke ook op de foto’s staat. Het gaat daadwerkelijk om de woning met het kleine terras.

Prettige week op rustige stek!

Samen met 2 jonge kinderen genoten van het beschikbare deel in deze grote Franse woonboerderij. De kids vonden het leuk de ezels, hond en katten te zien. Rustige stek goed verzorgd en heel vriendelijk Brits echtpaar dat paraat staat wanneer er tips of hulp gegeven moet worden. Lekker zwembad. 1 foto op de site is hun eigen terras en niet hetgeen je huurt dat is verwarrend maar mocht de pret niet drukken. Leuke tips gekregen voor bijv. bezoek aan fraai strand+meer in de buurt. Ruime kamers en ondanks warmte ook erg prettig koele eetkamer door dikke steen muur die de boerderij heeft...

Maison très agréable et confortable avec un bel espace de jeux. Environnement très calme. Les enfants étaient ravis de pouvoir approcher les animaux de la propriété (ânes, poules , chiens, chats ...)

Magnifique séjour

Très bel endroit, la maison est très pratique, très propre.. à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les enfants ont été ravis. Un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires, je recommande vivement.

The property was lovely and clean , fantastic shower and bath just beautiful.

Could not ask more from Jackie and Tony , made us part of the family , and could not do enough for us . Jackie thank you for all the time and help you gave us . You should be proud of your property it was fantastic, and all the work you both have put in stands out .Also your knowledge of the area helped us enjoy the holiday even more. Thank you for being such fantastic hosts. We already miss your two donkeys , and your beautiful dog Buddy. Once again thank you for everything . Nobby and Sharon . Xx

A perfect, relaxing get-away.

A very comfortable and impressively appointed gite (although a shower would have been the icing on the cake!). Jackie & Tony are fantastic hosts.

Ideal French Countryside Getaway

We stayed at Jackie & Tony's Gite for 9 nights in July and overall we had a great time and were very impressed with the facilities and definitely the hosts. We arrived as a family of 6 after a long journey from Scotland. The property was difficult to find with just the postcode provided so we did have to call Jackie after a 20 minute drive around the neighbouring countryside. Perhaps better directions could be provided to guests before the stay. Our initial impressions were very positive. The Gite offered all the facilities we could have hoped for. The kitchen was very well equipped and even things like dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, coffee capsules were provided. In terms of space, there was plenty for our party of 2 adults and 4 children. The upstairs of the property was more modern and very clean. There is no shower in the property although we were able to make do with a bath for our time there. Downstairs there is a large living area with a dining table and a large kitchen next door. Outside there is a decent sized decking area with a built in BBQ, table and chairs, parasol and some seating. It was a lovely area with welcome shade later in the evening but it is not the outside living space shown in the images on the website. The main garden area is around the front of the main house which is occupied by Jackie & Tony. This is a lovely grassed area with loads for the children to do. There is a swimming pool, trampoline, swings, football goal, donkeys and chickens. The surrounding area is fairly remote which was fine with us. The village basically has a pub with a shop next door selling bread. The lunches in the pub are excellent and really good value. The nearest town is Alencon which has supermarkets and everything you could ever need. The real highlight of this property, however, is the hosts. Tony & Jackie really want you to be happy and enjoy your holiday. They know the local area really well and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit. If there are any issues during the holiday they will do everything they can to rectify them. The highlight of our holiday had to be Tony & Jackie's wedding anniversary party that they kindly invited us to. Thank you so much for this. We met lots of genuinely nice people and were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and the party games are still a daily talking point with our 3 boys. Overall we had a great time and much credit for that goes the hosts

Un gite très bien tenu, au milieu de la campagne par un couple d'anglais très sympathique. Le poil à bois est parfait pour les soirées un peu fraîches.

Cosy Apartment

Loved staying here. Jackie and Tony was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The home was absolutely perfect, very clean and neat, very nice Also, a great location.
