'Experimente' la historia en el centro de Gettysburg - 1er piso

¡Imagínese en el año 1863 cuando asista a las festividades de nuestro 150 aniversario de la guerra civil en Gettysburg! Te divertirás explorando el área; los aventureros disfrutarán recorriendo las 40 millas de caminos del campo de batalla (en bicicleta, a caballo o en vehículo), recorrerán una casa de guerra civil, hablarán con los soldados en campamentos y recreaciones, o realizarán un recorrido fantasmal embrujado por la noche.

Al final del día, puede relajarse y disfrutar de su estadía en nuestro alojamiento recientemente renovado en el primer piso ubicado en la histórica calle Baltimore en el centro de Gettysburg. Hay 2 dormitorios (una cama queen en cada uno), una cama de día en el segundo dormitorio y puede dormir 5. Hay 1 baño que consta de una combinación de bañera / ducha, cocina totalmente equipada, TV / sala de estar con TV por cable y Wifi. Te encantará la ubicación. Amazing Location

We loved our stay. The location is great and within walking distance to the battlefield and most restaurants. The house is historical and very cool itself. Only downside, its on the main road and in the summer time, the motorcycles were really loud.

We had a wonderful time in Gettysburg and this property was perfect for us. My family of three enjoyed the convenience of the location to the battlefield, downtown, ice cream shops, and historical buildings. We had everything we needed and the owners were very kind and helpful! We highly recommend!

Great place, awesome location!

This place was perfect for our stay in Gettysburg! The location was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in town. The private parking saved us on parking fees. Easy walking distance to many things, so easy even I, with some mobility issues, could do it.

Great Location!

This was our second time here. It is downtown and easy walking distance to restaurants. It is a quaint home with two nicely sized bedrooms and a good kitchen. We've stayed here when we've gone skiing at Liberty resort. It is a short drive there. Would stay here again.

Battlefield

Location was great and the space had its charms. Steps were a bit steep and narrow (not unexpected in an old building) so might not be great for someone with mobility issues. The common area was perfect for our two days there. A great stay.

Great Location Except for the Traffic

This home worked well for our short stay. The host communicated with us before our arrival and met us at the location to give us the keys. As far as proximity to everything Gettysburg, you couldn't pick a better location. The one downside was the traffic noise in the morning. Beginning between 5 and 6 AM, the tour buses start traveling the street in front of the house and they're fairly noisy. The kids didn't hear them, but my wife and I did. So if you're a light sleeper, it's something to consider.

Pre-Christmas family outing

Great location and facility

My wife and I came out for an extended weekend trip to Gettysburg with our 8 pound Yorkie. This unit was totally idea for us. It is within walking distance of a great many places. Everything was ideal and we will be returning again!

College visit.

We were in Gettysburg to watch our granddaughter play volleyball at the college. Location was great. I thought we would hear a lot of road noise but it was very quiet. Places to eat with in walking distance Clean and comfortable! Hosts were very accommodating. Games started at 3 and We were able to check in early.so we didn’t have to rush. All and all it was a good place to stay.

Historic apartment in the heart of Gettysburg

We had a great stay. It's an old historic home so it doesn't have all the modern conveniences but it is very comfortable, clean, and has many stores and eateries right outside your door. You can easily walk around town and sightsee. The host was very responsive to our needs. We had a good time and will be back.

Historic Baltimore Street!

We had a lovely relaxing time in a beautiful civil war home on historic Baltimore Street. You can easily walk to many attractions. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of off-street parking too. Will definitely stay again!

Great Place

We stay here often, we love the place and the great location so close to everything. Owner is wonderful to work with. We have already booked this rental for next year and are looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this rental to anyone coming to Gettysburg for a vacation.

Civil war era home. Centrally located with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, national cemetery. Short drive to the civil war visitors center and the national Park. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The owner was helpful in giving suggestions for area attractions.

Highly recommended

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Gettysburg. Walk to the many restaurants in the town, step out the back door and there’s Cemetery Ridge and Culp’s Hill. Rod is the perfect host, and the historic house contains everything that could be needed.

A wonderful Anniversary weekend getaway!!!!

I took my husband of 14 wonderful years to see Gettysburg. He is an avid lover of history so I wanted to take him to a place that was ripe with. The apartment was lovely and in its own right a part of the history. The surrounding area was a dream of history and beauty, loss and victory. We were there for 2 days and didn’t see everything. We are both looking forward to going again. And will gladly stay here again.
