“My stay at the pelican hotel was nothing short of amazing. The staff was extremely hospitable and supportive throughout the entirety of my wife and I’s stay. We were visiting Ghana for a wedding and due to some wedding programming had to switch rooms on two occasions; the staff was extremely helpful in getting us relocated to our new rooms and ensuring that the room was up to par on a daily basis. “El check in tardó mucho tiempo, alrededor de 45 minutos, hubo confusión entre la propiedad y el anfitrión. El aire acondicionado del estar comedor no enfriaba, nosotros hicimos el reclamo pero no tuvimos respuesta. La descarga del WC del dormitorio principal defectuosa. La comunicación en general muy poco fluida. Todo lo demás bien, las instalaciones son modernas y de buen nivel. ”
