“I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”
