Ghosted
We were ghosted after first day, despite numerous attempts. Random dryer on front entrance porch, “fountains??” With stagnant water and mosquito breeding ground (not even unwrapped, but been there a while). No dishwasher detergent left, one towel each (used old “Sheraton” hotel towels (yes towels, but the kind that end up in garage). We stayed a week and it was not cleaned well to begin with (bird poo all over balcony and on door), couldn’t use balcony, tiny bathroom trash bin (only one in whole place and nowhere to take out trash), pictures online don’t represent space (clean, tidy, organized)( like they just threw random items in the space with zero intent. Futon (couches) were stained when opened to try and use. We’ve been traveling Europe for 5 weeks and this is by far the one of worst we’ve stayed in for any trip.
