"I booked through Hoteles.com, but some of the photos appear to be from Holiday Inn Resort rather than Holiday Inn Express, which was a bit misleading. The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean, but the overall atmosphere was different from what I expected based on the photos."

Pero desde el cambio de dirección la amabilidad y atención al cliente por parte de la encargada de recepción fue bastante decepcionante. También hemos observado demasiada gente ruidosa y mal educada. Desde el primer momento se nota el cuidado y la dedicación con la que mantienen sus instalaciones impecables, cada espacio está perfectamente conservado y lleno de detalles que hacen la estancia aún más especial. El personal es amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con una atención cálida que hace que uno se sienta bienvenido en todo momento. Uno de los aspectos más memorables fueron sus dos albercas con vistas impresionantes a la jungla de Ubud. Es un verdadero paraíso para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno natural. La habitación estaba impecable, cuidada al detalle, limpia y con un ambiente perfecto para descansar y desconectarse."

"El hotel es muy bueno, tal vez uno de los mejores de Bali. Tiene el tamaño perfecto, ni muy grande ni muy pequeño, por lo que el personal te ubica perfecto y esta atento a tus necesidades. La arquitectura es impresionante, la alberca, la habitación, las áreas comunes, los restaurantes y el club nocturno son increíbles. "

"This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved."
