House Rules & Important Information

Check-in & Identification:
• Check-in time is 2 PM till late.
• As we do not have a front desk, please provide your exact arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in.
• Any late check-in requests must be made and approved at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All guests must provide a valid ID before arrival via Airbnb chat.

*********Apartment Access & Security:*********
• The building access fob is located on a hanger above the fridge. Tap it on the lock system, which is positioned between the gates and the front door on the left - this is for the entrance to the building. **********
• If the key fob is lost, a £50 replacement fee will apply.
• When locking the apartment door, close it and hold the lock symbol for two seconds until you hear the locking sound.********

Noise & Guest Policy:
• Strictly no parties or loud noise. Please respect our neighbors, especially after 11 PM.
• Please keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the apartment, particularly at night.
• No outsiders allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in line with police regulations.

Smoking & Cleanliness:
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.
• The final cleaning fee covers general cleaning, but guests must keep the apartment reasonably tidy.
• Kitchen must be cleaned before check-out—no dirty dishes or leftover garbage. Additional cleaning charges may apply if not followed.
• Do not flush anything except toilet paper. Any damage from flooding/clogs will be charged to the guest.

Swimming Pool Access & Waiver:
• During summer season, a lifeguard is present at the pool.
• During low season, there is no lifeguard—use the pool at your own risk.
• By using the pool, you accept full responsibility for your safety and the safety of anyone in your group. Risks include but are not limited to:
1. Possible malfunction of pool equipment.
2. Injuries from tripping or falling in the pool area.
3. Injuries from unsupervised swimmers colliding.
4. Other unforeseen risks related to pool use.
