“Apartment was lovely, excellent location, a short walk to most places. It should have been perfect but for poor cleanliness. Hairs on bedding left for bed sofa, a large yellow stain on the sheet in main bedroom. Despite initial phone call (to report hairs and ask for clean bedding) we could not contact host by any means. We had travelled on an early morning flight with my 89 year old dad, despite allowing a check in a little earlier (40 minutes), no one met us, the key was left in the light...
