“Fridge didn't cool, had to throw food away this morning. Ceiling fan and light would not turn off. Had to sleep with light on all night. Didn't notice until we were ready for bed at midnight. Not much sleep. Musty odor never went away. No coffee creamer. Bed's mediocre. Front door key was of no use because door knob didn't catch. We had to use the padlock every time we left and it was very hard to open.”

“The house was extremely clean. Loved all the vintage decorations. My husband and i enjoyed our stay. We will be returning. The bed was so comfortable.”

“We stayed at the Guest House for one night during Roundtop. The location was great and communicating with the owner was quick and easy. ”

“Adorable! Clean. Paige was so nice. Highly recommend. Lots of room!”

“We had the best stay at Royale. The property was amazing and the house was the cutest! They thought of everything you could possibly need and was very well stocked. Even decorated for fall with some Halloween candy to snack on. Short drive to RT. Great spot for girls trip -Will be back!”

“Everything was great. Easy to communicate with host. Would like pool to be closer or private but the weather was not great so really did not matter. ”

“This was an excellent, brand new rental in the area. It is at least 30-40 minutes from a good sized town, but close to Lake Somerville. This house has excellent sleeping accommodations (very comfortable) and a well- apportioned kitchen. We struggled a bit with the wi-fi, given the remoteness of this property, but appreciated all of the TVs and clean, cool environment. And an unexpected plus—and perfectly accessible outlet to the drive way to slow charge my EV!”

“Great property and very unique. Could not have been more of what we were looking for in a weekend getaway!”

“This property was absolutely perfect!! It was so comfortable and closely located to everything. It was well stocked with everything a person could need. Burton is the most precious little town!”
