This apartment features 4 bedrooms, fast and free WiFi, and a smart TV. We just finished renovating this historical gem, which was moved to Gilbert from Sparta via horses in the early 1900s. The result is a clean, updated apartment that provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Gilbert.

We were in town for our granddaughter's wedding. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. Seven of us were in our party and it was very comfortable for us all, and It's close to a variety of food options.

This is a newer listing in an historic building which is well maintained, but the rooms are a bit small. Only one full bath was a challenge for six of us - but we knew that going in. There is a half bath.The stairs to the apartment are steep and tall. Well built, but a lot of work to lug the luggage.Parking is off stree behind the building and is ample.There is a great Caribbean restaurant abiut 200 yards down the street.
