This is a nice property. Host was extremely responsive and got back to me immediately. We were looking for a quick getaway and it served us well. Bc of the time of year we were here we didn’t have access to a dock and water is quite far from the house. TV wouldn’t connect but we never reached out to host but should be checked for future guests. We have stayed in A LOT of VRBOs and this one is not stocked like others we have been to. Basics like salt and paper, cleaning cloths (for outside furniture), foil, handy wrap were not here. We also had to buy a peeler- kind of a basic for a kitchen. There was no rhyme or reason to the organization of kitchen. So many cabinets but 2 utensils in multiple drawers. Really needs to be consolidated and organized. Property is super clean and cute but if you are looking to have an open floor plan where you can visit with guests while you are cooking this isn’t the space. They are on opposite sides of the property. Obviously nothing that can be done about this but be aware. Again host was awesome but if you’re staying here you need to come prepared with items you typically find in your kitchen/laundry room
