Apartamentos en Ginebra

“Very unique rental. Location is excellent within walking distance to the lake, dinning, breweries, music, parks and historic district attractions. Rental was very comfortable for us and our two small dogs. Beautiful park right across the street where we could walk our dogs. Nice well equipped kitchenette, great shower with plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Slept great.”

“Clean rooms. Super friendly host.”

“Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not”

“Has everything you need to be comfortable. Well furnished and clean! Would stay again”

“We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people. ”

“That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.”

“Property was great except for the fact that the entire place smelled of pet urine. Couldn't stay. Had to cancel. Very displeased”

“We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool...

“We stayed one night after an exhausting 8 mile kayaking adventure. The property was safe, clean and just as described. The only thing I didn’t realize when I booked it is that the condo was on the second floor so we had to go up a flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and I was very impressed with the bed linens and pillows because they were nice and it felt like home. I didn’t get a check-in/welcome email from Vrbo like I usually do so I called the property owner and she was very...

“I stayed at the property from Oct 31st to Nov 2nd for the weekend. This is a very cozy and clean studio apartment which was perfect fo myself and my 2 dogs. There is a fenced in yard at lights at night so my dogs really enjoyed it also. ”

“Enjoyable stay. ”
