  • Relax in style at this cozy, three-bedroom home, perfectly nestled between Fairview and Girard. Whether you are here to hook a prize steelhead or soak up the sun, you are just minutes from the famous fishing spots on Elk Creek and a quick 12-mile drive to the sandy beaches of Presque Isle State Park. Unwind after a day of adventure by grilling your catch of the day on our expansive outdoor deck, or enjoy your morning coffee outside in the crisp air. It is the perfect home base for families and groups of friends looking to explore the best of the region!
    The Space
    The welcoming main level features an open living room, a dedicated dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. Step outside onto the large attached deck, complete with string lights, comfortable seating, an outdoor umbrella, and a gas grill with a picnic table for alfresco dining. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed and a twin bed—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Patty gets a gold star for all the little things she did to make our stay warm & welcoming. Besides the house being immaculate, she had a snack basket, k-cups, night lights, outlets for phones& computers, etc. These are things I always bring with me. The house is in a quiet area but not that far to get on the main roads. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was a wonderful place to relax. Patty was very quick to respond to all my questions. We enjoyed the country location and quiet, beautiful surroundings as well. We definitely would come again and would recommend this house!

We stayed here for a week with four adults and two kids (ages 5 and 8), and it was easily one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with anything you might forget from feminine products to coffee and cream, plus a thoughtful snack basket. They even had extra towels, pillows, and supplies ready so we never had to ask for a thing.The hosts were always available through communication if anything was needed, but honestly, they had already anticipated everything. On a rainy day, the games and cards they provided kept everyone entertained and made the day feel cozy. We cooked out on the grill and loved that they even had corn‑on‑the‑cob nobs and a picnic tablecloth ready for us.Even though the hosts live in an attached apartment, we had complete privacy and only saw them once for a warm, friendly hello. Their booklet of recommendations for parks, restaurants, and fishing spots was incredibly helpful, every place we tried lived up to their suggestions.We would stay with these hosts again and again. They set the bar incredibly high.
