Stunning 2-bed flat with private patio in heart of the west end

  • Stunning Victorian two-bedroom flat with secure private entry and patio. The flat is within easy reach of Byres road’s boutique shops, cafes and restaurants with excellent links into the city. Although within the heart of the bustling west end, the flat is on a quiet street.

    The bright and spacious lounge has a traditional fireplace, large bay window and unique features including vintage table top arcade game.

    The modern dining kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

    The twin and double bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with hotel quality bedding.

    The flat comes with its own private patio, complete with table and chairs.

    On-street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property but please note there is no designated space. Short term let license number: GL00135P

Glasgow Gem

The enjoyment of our three-day visit in Glasgow was enhanced by our stay at your lovely property. Linens were lovely, water pressure was excellent, restaurant suggestions were spot on, and the patio for morning coffee was a real treat.

Really nice quirky little place. About 20-30 mins walk from SEC/Hydro (2km). Comfy beds, well equipped and nice quiet location but just a stones throw from lots of bars and restaurants. Would stay again happily!

There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay!! The flat is clean and cozy. It's got everything you need to settle in for a long stay. Coming back after a busy day was a happy experience--like home away from home. The location cannot be beat. Coffee, shops, groceries, restaurants, subway, all within a few short blocks. The icing on top was a lovely and accommodating host. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Excellent location once we sorted out our parking logistics following Claire's specific recommendations. Very quiet all the time! Sunny outside side sitting area. Great linens.
