“Our check in was after 2pm on a Sunday so front counter was closed. Room was comfortable, though it had ageing furniture. Cleaners must have been in a rush as no towels were left for us to use. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
