The Space:

Woodstone Cottage is a spacious retreat nestled in a peaceful wooded setting. The home features four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite, plus three guest rooms with queen beds. With two and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen, and inviting common areas, it provides a comfortable space for families. This property is an ideal base for exploring Glen Arbor and the Sleeping Bear Dunes.



Guest Access:

Free onsite driveway parking. There is a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway at all times. No garage access at this time.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a quiet wooded area of Glen Arbor, this home is just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and Lake Michigan, with easy access to beaches and local attractions.



Getting Around:

Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following house rules for your stay:

-All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, which will be verified after booking confirmation.

-Our community maintains a peaceful environment with strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-Please note that pets are not permitted, and outdoor fires of any kind are strictly prohibited per HOA regulations.

-To help preserve our dark skies, we kindly ask that you turn off exterior lights overnight.

-Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

-A mandatory damage waiver fee of 129 dollars is required for each stay, providing accidental damage coverage up to 2,000 dollars. This is included at the time of booking.

-Please be aware that a non-refundable credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.

-For stays of 14 days or longer, a mid-stay clean is required; this service is also available upon request for shorter stays.

-High chairs and travel cribs are available for an additional fee upon request.



Interaction with Guests:

A digital Igloo lockbox is located onsite. Please use your 4-digit door code to open the lockbox and retrieve the key.



At departure, please return the key to the lockbox and ensure it is securely closed. Failure to return the key may result in a lost key fee.
