“Todo muy bien, buena atención, limpieza, lugar seguro”

“Very noisy for 2 nights staying there. Had to call the front desk > 5 times to ask for them to speak to other guests staying on same floor. Partying happening, kids running in hallways and banging on doors till 2 am. I got very little sleep for the 2 nights I stayed there and the front desks excuse was it was kids hockey families staying in hotel. I don’t care who it is making the noise - kick them out then ”

“The hotel is under construction and the workers have zero consideration for the guests! Hammering started at 8am Sunday morning in the room directly below mine. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk it was as if they didn’t care because they already had my money! Don’t ever stay here.”

“Felt like I was not welcome because I had booked with Expedia. Was placed in a room next to the mechanical room. The bed in our room vibrated from the equipment next door. Requested and received another room. When checking out was refused a statement of our stay because I had booked through Expedia. I have received a statement at other hotels. The front desk staff were not friendly. The hotel in general needed repair and upkeep. Upon check-in I had to provide ID and give a $100 deposit which...

“Great little place for what you pay for. You do have to wait a very long time for the water to heat up. I'm guessing because the pipes are exposed to the outside weather. But overall you get what you pay for. Clean and suitable.”
