The property features 7 exterior security cameras, including 3 flood cameras located on the garage facing the driveway, on the side of the home facing the side yard, and on the back of the home facing the backyard. There are also 3 tree cameras located along the perimeter of the property facing the doors and a Ring doorbell camera on the front door facing the entrance. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: All pets must be included in the reservation. Guests who fail to disclose a pet will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. Guests accept full responsibility for all damages. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up all pet waste from the grounds.
