Great location to Bryce Canyon and Coral Pink Sand dunes. House was plenty big. The drink flavors were fun for the kids to make dirty sodas. They loved the ping pong table. Owners were responsive when hot tub was cloudy and had someone come out the next day and clean it. It did take away about 24 hours of our use of it. Not the end of the world. Back yard was awesome with plenty of seating for our group of 11. The house was not super clean, just surface clean. We found bloody tissues under the pull out couch, and the mattress protectors were covered in hair. There were not linens for the pullout couch or the extra pillows just blankets and a mattress protector. There was no soap in the main bathroom or enough towels for a larger party. We made due washing towels in between showers and hot tubbing.
