“Room is good but not cleaned properly. Compound looks unkept w/ plant path in front of rooms bare. Very easy parking and safe though and close to restaurants. Overall for quick stop it’s good.😊 ”

Nonte dejan botellas.de.agua en la.habitacion ,solo te dejan una jarra para que la.llens en un dispensador que hay en el pasillo( lo.ointa como ecologico , pero ea maa que nada para ahorrarse.el.agua que ponen de corteaia en todos los hoteles. En cambio el bar vende botellas de.agua de.cristal . Algo ilogico. Por.lo demas hotel muy tranquilo y buen servicio”

“A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! ”

“Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

“Location was amazing”

“Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. We were staying for 2 nights only. The first night was unbearable. Kids woke up in the middle of the night as the upstairs rooms were very very hot. So...

“Staff were very nice but unfortunately The cleanliness of the room was not so great. Our kitchen had solidified grease all over the stove top and splash back from previous guests. Dishes in the dish washer were left in there and still had food all over them. The drawers in the bathroom ensuite had hair throughout. Our balcony view was the building next door. Other than this the location was good being across from Westfield and staff were very nice. ”

“Avoid this place at all costs Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional.
