This was our second, four night stay, in the past 12 months. Ranks at the top of the list of Vrbos where we have stayed. We certainly plan to return. Home is immaculately clean, cozy, and well furnished - just like the description. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Wish every Vrbo experience was as good as this one.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee with mountain views. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved grilling steaks one evening. The fall décor was such a thoughtful touch, and our hosts were so kind—we truly enjoyed visiting with them. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Perfect location! This house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. The front porch is where we spent our time when there. Such a great view! You can walk to town and walk to the Doc Holiday Trail. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay in Glenwood Springs. The home was clean, cozy & comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped & having the grill allowed us to cook dinner a few nights. The deck was perfect for morning coffee with a beautiful view of the mountains. And being walkable to downtown as well as to the Doc Holiday trail was nice. I would highly recommend Doc’s Hideout for your stay in Glenwood Springs!

This was one of our favorite VRBOs ever. The property was super clean, excellent layout for 2 couples, very well provisioned and great communication with the host (lives next door.) Location on the edge of town (mountains to the rear and to the front) yet an easy walk to downtown was excellent. We loved spending time on the wrap around porch and enjoyed grilling our dinners on the provided gas grill. We'll certainly try to stay again during a future visit to Glenwood Springs.

Our home away from home

This was our second stay at this house. The location is perfect! It’s so homey and comfortable. It has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen. The title says it all “our home away from home” We will definitely book it for our next visit.

We were happy with this house. It was very clean and accurately described. The sofa bed would benefit from a thicker mattress or foam topper, and it would have been nice to have shades on the windows of the doors, but overall we would recommend this house and would stay here again.

This place was perfect!

This place was perfect! Clean, all the bells and whistles needed for the stay. Owners live next door and do a great job with this place. The wife and I take a trip every year to a small hot springs town for the Super Bowl. So we don’t have to say no to anyone’s invites. Lol! Our 5th year and we found another gem. If you get a chance the adult section at the Iron Mountain was outstanding and the vapor caves were the highlight. Good food at the Italian restaurant that has a great ambience. We had a great time and would go back to this house again when we pass through.

Great Glenwood Getaway!

Booked this property for a family getaway during fall break from school, and it was fantastic. The property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but just a short walk to the main part of town and couple blocks to the supermarket. Met the owner who was nothing but warm and wonderful. Clean comfortable property that we would happily stay at again in the future.

Glenwood Springs - Guest House

Beautiful, cozy, quiet, and immaculately clean home situated in the middle of town with easy access (walking or driving) to everything that Glenwood Springs has to offer, including hiking trails less than a100 yards from the house. The kitchen is well equipped, and the decor and furnishings are lovely. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay and a brief meeting and chat with our generous host. We plan to return in the future.
