“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“The property is very clean and new. You can’t beat a sunrise and ocean out the front and a sunset overlooking a marsh at night. This property is also at the quieter end of Hampton but a very close walk if you want more to do. I would definitely recommend it!”
