This property was PERFECT! The open kitchen and dining and living areas were so spacious, yet cozy!:)My family had a fabulous time playing dice and card games at the big dining room table.We also walked to Rocky Neck and visited many shops. And on a different day, dinner at Seaport Grill was absolutely delicious.The accommodations were so comfortable and Erin was easy to communicate with, and quick to reply when asked a question. Amazing home! Beautifully decorated and our host, Erin, was nothing but exceptional to make our stay fabulous! We walked up town to get coffees and breakfast sandwiches at Cape Ann’s every morning. It was a cute place with great prices. We were only 45 minutes from Downtown Boston amd a half hour from Salem. We visited both cities and we had alot if fun! We hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful family home, we had a perfect stay for two families with kids. The games room as a huge hit and the decorative artwork everywhere made us feel right at home.Easy walk to the beach and town centre, and Erin our host was very responsive with any questions or queries. Check in was great the owner let us know the cleaning crew was done early so we could check in early. The kitchen was great lots of space and had everything we needed to make a meal for a crowd. The main level could use a fan if it’s a hot week.

An absolutely great location, in a small glamorous town. We were traveling to explore Boston academic area and the house is located super convenient. Clean, , well equipped kitchen , large enough for 5 adults and 5 kids. The basement had few entertainment options for the youngsters. It was pretty warm in the night in the first floor , with no AC ( only ceiling fans). We would book it again

April Vacation Adventure

Available just when we needed it after a last minute cancellation threatened to upend the trip our scouts had spent months preparing for. Our group of 8 fit comfortably and would have been fine even if all 10 of us had been able to be here. We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and the table accommodated us all! Girls Getaway

This was the perfect escape for 4 friends who just needed time away together. While there are 4 floors in this incredible home, we were quite content to enjoy the main 2 floors and the beautiful porch. Erin’s suggestions for day trips were spot on as well.

Everything was great. The host warned us that the drive way will only fit 4 cars comfortably, but we were able to fit 6 cars with plenty of room to spare. Perhaps there may be problems if there were big snow banks.

2 families just looking to get away from home for a few days- this house was great- enough space, well appointed, comfy beds. Great location to downtown and beach. Host Erin was super responsive and everything was great. We want to come back for the warm weather!
