The Space:

Set directly on Wonson’s Cove in Gloucester’s iconic Rocky Neck neighborhood, this renovated waterfront cottage offers sweeping harbor views and plenty of space for families and groups to gather.



The family room is lined with wall-to-wall windows that bring the water views into the home, while the south-facing deck opens to a private lawn that runs down to the cove. Spend the day relaxing on the deck, enjoying the waterfront setting, or watching boats move through Gloucester Harbor.



Inside, the home features hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and bright and spacious living spaces designed for easy coastal living.

The driveway can park 2 vehicles. There is typically nearby street parking as well as a free parking lot around the corner if your group has additional vehicles.

Rocky Neck is one of Gloucester’s most beloved waterfront neighborhoods, known for its harbor views, galleries, restaurants, historic charm, and easy access to the water. From the property, guests can enjoy the quiet beauty of Wonson’s Cove while still being close to Gloucester’s beaches, downtown, restaurants, shops, and scenic harborfront areas.



Spend the day exploring Rocky Neck, visiting nearby beaches, walking along the waterfront, or heading into downtown Gloucester for dining, shopping, and classic Cape Ann scenery.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and the surrounding beaches. The home is located in Rocky Neck, close to local restaurants, galleries, beaches, and downtown Gloucester.



Guests can drive to nearby beaches, downtown Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, Bass Rocks, Eastern Point, Rockport, and other Cape Ann destinations. Rideshare availability may vary seasonally, so having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

This is a waterfront property, so guests should use extra care near the lawn, shoreline, deck, and cove, especially with children. Water access is tide- and weather-dependent, and guests enter the water at their own risk.



The home is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the outdoor spaces responsibly.



As with many coastal homes, the property is designed for relaxed waterfront living. You may see boats, harbor activity, changing tides, coastal wildlife, and the natural sights and sounds that come with staying directly on the water.



Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like either item so we can confirm availability and have it ready for your stay.
