At 2,867 ft. (873 meters) Goatfell is classified as a Corbett. This June afternoon was particularly sunny and enjoyable as we stopped here to eat lunch about half way up. We headed here to the Isle of Arran by ferry, which also serves food. It took us just shy of two hours to get to the top, including our stop for lunch, After heading back down, you can grab food and drinks in the nearby pubs, wine room and restaurants.
