“We enjoyed the our stay at the Track House. Our family came in for a race/easter weekend. The house was great with its 3 bedrooms(comfortable beds) and balcony to watch the races from. The living area was a good place to relax. The kitchen was stocked well with the necessary items I needed to cook a couple of meals. It was easy to get to and from where my husband was racing. Jeff was a great host and easy to communicate with. It was a wonderful weekend. ”

“4 hours before check-in and the host had still not communicated how to check in. So I messaged them. They informed me that there was a problem and the place was not available. Then they attempted to move me to another property nearly in Dallas. Nope that doesn't work. So 3 hours before I needed to be in a room I am scrambling to find anything that is still available on a TCU move-in weekend. Finally found something but it was 5X as expensive.”

“The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.”
