~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Important Information ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>For reservations made within 3 days of arrival, we require guests to provide a selfie while holding the credit card used for the booking as an added security measure. This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >>No schoolies or toolies permitted.

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. We were really disappointed with our stay, which is such a shame because it was meant to be a special weekend for my 40th birthday. The unit itself is cute and in a great location, but there were several issues that made the experience frustrating.
The stairs are incredibly steep—understandable for an older building, but definitely something to be aware of.
Cleanliness was a major letdown. The lounge room rug was in terrible condition: full of sand, stained, and had an unpleasant smell. It honestly needs to be replaced. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves upon arrival, which was not what we expected.
The lounges also needed a good clean, the main bathroom light wasn’t working (which made things like getting ready and doing makeup very difficult), and the toilet seat was extremely loose. The vacuum cleaner smelled bad when used, the balcony was dirty, bench tops hadn’t been properly wiped down, and there were cigarette butts left on the outdoor table.
To top it all off, we were charged extra for bringing our dog, which felt unreasonable given the state of the place. There was no offer of reimbursement, they asked to come see but we had left already, no second offer to attend just someone will come Monday after we checked out! —just defensive questioning, as though we were at fault.
Overall, very disappointing for what was supposed to be a celebratory weekend.

Booking process was the most horrendous I have ever experienced. Very overpriced for the size of the tiny room. Pool is a joke really just an oversized bath with nowhere to sit no grass it is in the car park basically. Close to the beach which can only be glimpsed from the filthy old balcony. No lift and the room was on level 3. Not impressed would never return
