Open-Plan Living: An integrated space featuring a comfortable sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. (Due to a building antenna issue currently under repair, the TV can only be used by connecting to your own streaming service via the internet.)
Balcony: A private balcony with stunning ocean views. For safety and security reasons, there is NO outdoor furniture on the balcony.

Bathroom 1: 1 bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and toilet.
Bathroom 2: 1 bathroom with shower and a bath
Internal Laundry: Equipped with a separate washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen: Well-functioning kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and appliances.
Climate Control: Split air conditioning is available in the living room only.
Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi is provided (speed and reliability may vary).
Extras: We provide starred hotel linens and a starter pack of toiletries (approx. 3-day supply), along with instant coffee and tea bags.

Access: The building is equipped with lift access.
Parking: 1 underground parking space with a height limit of 1.92 meters

Important Information
Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival. The key collection location is onsite.
Room Allocation: During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, guests may be relocated to another apartment of the same quality and standard. We will notify you if a relocation is necessary.
Apartment Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Noise: Due to the central location and contruction site nearby, some level of environmental noise may be present.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects are inevitable despite our regular professional pest control. Insect spray is provided in the apartment for your use. Should you encounter an unusual amount of pests, please contact us so we can assist.

*Please note that the Indoor Pool Area(including the Indoor Pool/Spa) is currently closed for maintenance and expected to remain unavailable for approximately 4 weeks.

Tampering with or covering smoke alarms is illegal. An AUD $150 inspection and cleaning fee will apply if interference is detected.
Emergency Call-outs
If guest actions trigger a fire brigade response, the call-out fee (approximately AUD $2,000) will be charged to the guest.
Cooperation
Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
