One minute's walk to The Star Gold Coast, five minutes' walk to the convention centre, a short walk to Kurrawa Beach.



The Space:

Open plan from the kitchen through to the glass. Oak floors, a black and white striped rug, framed fashion prints and that velvet sofa give it a look no other apartment in Casino Towers has. The windows face north over the Surfers Paradise high rises: the whole lit-up strip after dark, with the ocean beside it.



The kitchen is fully equipped: cookware, crockery, glassware and every essential appliance, plus a Nespresso machine with pods and T2 teas to start you off. Ducted air conditioning and heating, black-out blinds, a safe and board games. The washing machine, dryer and drying rack are inside the apartment, not down a corridor, which turns a weekend into a workable two week stay. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting and a glass balustrade, so the view holds up sitting down.



Sleeping Arrangements



- Bedroom 1: queen bed, floor to ceiling glass, ocean and skyline outlook, black-out blinds, hotel quality linen changed for every guest.

- Bedroom 2: queen bed, black-out blinds, and a desk at the window with the same water view.

- Living room: sofa bed for extra guests.

- For babies: a cot and change table are here. Portacot and high chair on request. Bring your own cot linen and mattress; we supply the padded base mat.



Work & Connectivity



Unlimited high-speed wifi covers the apartment. The workspace is a real desk in the second bedroom, set at the window, so you can take calls with the door shut while someone else has the living room. There is a smart TV, a dining table to spread out on and a safe for laptops. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is five minutes' walk.

☑️ We have terms and conditions agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the agreement.

☑️ We also require a copy of ID (front and back) for each Adult who will be staying at the apartment. This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.

☑️ A refundable deposit of $750 is required before you check in. Please note it's only a hold and not a charge.

SAME-DAY BOOKINGS:

To ensure you get your key code ensure you accept the terms and conditions & complete the ID verification step and pay the 2% fees for the refundable deposit and as soon as your booking is confirmed. Check in instructions with key code are sent as soon this essential step is completed.



EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:

Please plan for a check-in time of 3 PM. You will receive a notification as soon as your accommodation is ready for you. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate early check-in requests, please be aware that, unlike hotels, we do not have alternative rooms to offer. If another guest is departing on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team will need sufficient time to prepare the space to ensure it meets our high standards. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.



LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:

Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedule, we may be able to offer a later check-out. Please reach out to us before 8 pm the night before your departure to confirm if this can be arranged. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, if you need to check out after 11 am, an additional night’s fee will apply. This payment must be made via the Airbnb Resolution Centre by the night before your check-out, or housekeeping will be scheduled for the standard 10 am check-out time.



STARTER SUPPLIES:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide complimentary essential supplies. Each bathroom is equipped with 30 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, & toilet paper.

Kitchen is equipped with cookware, crockery, glassware and all essential kitchen appliances. A selection of T2 teas, Nespresso machine with coffee pods, sugar and milk are provided. Please note that these are intended as starter supplies and may not last the entire duration of your booking. They are provided to help you settle in without the immediate need to visit a supermarket.



PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR:

Both are available upon request for your convenience. Please note, for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot. This is to protect your baby’s sensitive skin from potential reactions to the detergents used by commercial laundries. We recommend using your own familiar fabrics, linens, and mattress to ensure your baby's comfort and avoid any sensitivities. However, the portacot does come with a padded mat for the base.



FURTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE:

There is a sensor in the apartment’s living area, which is NOT a camera or recording device. It monitors noise levels, environmental factors (temperature and humidity), and occupancy (motion and the number of mobile devices nearby). It does not record raw audio, and the data is presented only as graphs and numbers, not images or recordings.



Parties, gatherings or social events are not allowed at any time during the stay. Please note that any disturbances will endure immediate cancelation of the booking without any refund and you will be asked to vacate the apartment in 10 minutes.
