~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ✦ Important Information ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ >>By attending the property, you agree to the terms of the Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent for signing at the time of booking. >>Guests must provide a copy of their ID (front and back) and a selfie photo for security and insurance purposes. >>For reservations made within 3 days of arrival, we require guests to provide a selfie while holding the credit card used for the booking as an added security measure. This helps us verify the validity of the reservation and protect against fraudulent transactions. >>A security deposit (bond) is required and will be authorised separately. Strict no loud noise, parties, or events. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm onwards. Breaches may result in eviction. >No schoolies or Toolies permitted

Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the unit. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
