We checked in easily at 3pm, after travelling for hours to reach property. At 6pm that night we got a message telling us our booking had been cancelled and we needed to vacate the property with no explanation as to why. Being too late to find somewhere else to stay and in terrible weather with a baby we then had to leave and drive hours home. On top of that the mould in the kitchen on the blinds is ridiculous and the floors so raised and uneven across the entire apartment its actually dangerous. Took a week to get a refund with poor communication. All round a bad experience
