Pros: location, amazing and beautiful views, great outdoor pool and common area bbq. A very spacious penthouse apartment with spacious rooms and bathrooms. A few steps to the beach, restaurants, and bus stops.
Cons: dirty chairs and very limited seating, dining table with paint peeling off. Outside seats are torn and terribly stained. Carpet is loose and worn. Very limited kitchen, only small electric appliances are: toaster, kettle and microwave, one thing in excess was plates. No teapot, no tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper, etc provided. They only supply a single one time use dishwashing soap package, one single soap tab for dishwasher and one single package of laundry detergent and no garbage bags for a 7 day, 7 person rental and only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two hotel sized shampoo and conditioner. (This rental only provides very basic needs, so one has to purchase everything.) No paper towels, only one cleaning cloth for dishwashing and two kitchen towels. Windows on balcony were not cleaned. Bbq in apartment was broken and unusable. Three hand towels, six bath towels, no beach towels (found out at the end is the stay that reception has beach towels) and one blanket per bed. Light bulbs were burned out and only one small light in the living room area, so was extremely dark inside at night. No cleaning supplies are provided. Jacuzzi in apartment was dirty & broken, and bathroom fans didn’t work, as well as light in hood fan.
