Okay if you want to be in Surfer's Paradise
Area traffic was terrible the day we arrived. We called and emailed with reception staff to advise that we may be a little late. We were less than 5 minutes late and had to pay $50 CASH ONLY for a staff member to come back to the office for us. He stated that he would meet us within a few minutes but we waited for at least a half an hour for him- he said because of local traffic.
The location is great if you want central access to Surfer's Paradise. On every block there are adult venues, strip clubs and mature stores with very graphic displays.
The unit was clean, but the twin beds were too short for my 5 foot 7 and 5 foot 9 teens. One of the queen beds frames was broken and you could only sleep on one side.
The ocean view was fantastic and beach access was excellent.
Overall, it was an acceptable value, but sleeping comfort is really important to me, so I think the unit could be better maintained and the twin beds I think ought to be longer, or state that they are for children.
