Great location, but unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned properly. There is a large mat in the living room that is shedding. There was fluff all over the floor. As well as accumulated dust, sand and dirty spots, especially in the corners, or along the wall skirtings and windowns, which clearly had not been cleaned in a while. We looked for a vaccum straight away to clean as we were staying there with kids, including our 11 month old who was crawling on the floor and accumulated all this dirt on his knees and hands. We found a broken, unusable vaccum in the laundry cupboard. We reached out to the "host" which is just a company that then is supposed to contact the host. Instead of offering a solution, they just acknowledged out complaint and said would let the host know.... Luckily some family that lived closed by, dropped off a dyson, which we used 4 times to clean, and each time got filled with a ridiculous amount of fluff and dirt.We reached out again because all aircon vents had a huge amount of dust, that clearly have not been cleaned for a while, and again, we got an apology for the way the apartment was, but got offered no solution. There is also a large mirror that is not secured to the wall, which poses a huge risk of injury or worse, especially if you are staying with kids. Overall the location is great, but I would not recommend it, especially if you have little kids. Plenty other options within the same area.
