Style and Amazing Views from this Level 37 Sub Penthouse

  • This Sun City, N/E facing apartment on the 37th Floor is the place to be. You will love the 270 degree views of the ocean, hinterlandand & river. Soak in the warmth of the sun and relax with the gentle ocean breezes. This apartment is suitable for families with children and has a large master bedroom with King bed, and a 2nd large bedroom with 1 Queen Bed and 1 King Single bed. Each has their own balcony and ensuite. There is a third ensuited bedroom which contains 2 King single beds which may also be converted into a King bed. All bedrooms have large flatscreen televisions. The whole apartment has been recently renovated to a very high standard. There is ducted airconditioning/heating throughout. This is a non-smoking unit.

So much space! Loved the luxurious apartment with amazing views and ensuites in every room. Short stroll to the beach and the tram is right outside the doors. Super comfy beds.

Fantastic views!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The views were amazing and it was close to restaurants and the train stop. We would recommend this property and hope to stay again if we are in the area.

This was our second stay at this location and we had a great time. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The view is incredible and the location is convenient. Kylie was very prompt with communication. Check in and out was simple and easy.

Oh wow what can I say I have never stayed in a apartment as beautiful as this..the fully equipped kitchen feels like your own kitchen at home.The view is amazing, rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom..To top it off you have such a beautiful host It was a pleasure dealing with you Kylie and I can’t no wait to book with you again I highly recommend to everyone

Spectacular view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The views are absolutely spectacular and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Having the tram stop right outside the door, made everything easily accessible and very convenient not to mention the beach being 2 mins away. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great spot with a great view

Stylish stay with breathtaking views – and kid-friendly too!Absolutely loved our time at this Level 37 sub penthouse. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment was modern, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had our toddler with us, and it was surprisingly kid-friendly for a high-rise—plenty of space to play, safe layout, and easy access. Great location close to shops, cafes, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Golfing Holiday on the G.C.

Our second stay at this wonderful apartment. Every bit as good as the first time. The location, the views, the space amongst other things all add to the overall enjoyment. The host is top notch ! Thanks once again Kylie.

Perfect family stay

A very large well appointed apartment perfect for a large family. Excellent pools with water slides. Tram station is right out front making it extra easy to get anywhere. Kylie was very very helpful with easy check in. Will come again.

Beautiful

Our family loved staying in this beautiful apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the owner was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We all enjoyed the pool, and my two young ones couldn’t get enough of the water slides. I can’t say enough great things about our family’s experience. The next time we venture down under, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property. Exactly as described & pictured. Plenty of room for everyone. Tram stop right out the front which was very convenient. Kylie was prompt and efficient with all instructions etc. We will definitely be back again.

7 night in Paradise had an amazing time, this penthouse is amazing plenty of space for all family to enjoy the breathtaking views, the appartment definitely 5 stars and the owner is awesome to deal with, the family and I are very grateful and happy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ see you again.
