One secure parking space is included with your reservation. Detailed access instructions and parking information will be provided before arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING



Daily and mid-stay housekeeping are not included. The cleaning fee covers professional preparation before arrival and standard cleaning after departure.



Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra charge with advance notice.



POOL AND BEACH TOWELS



Fresh bath towels are provided. Please bring separate towels for the swimming pool and beach.



STARTER SUPPLIES

COASTAL AND RIVERFRONT ENVIRONMENT



As with many Gold Coast apartments, occasional wind noise or daytime construction may be heard. These conditions are outside the host’s control.



KEY TRACKER



The apartment comes with one door key and Fob keys also include an Apple AirTag to assist with recovery if they are accidentally lost. The tracker is used only to locate missing keys and is not monitored during your stay. Some iPhone users may receive Apple’s standard safety notification.



ONE SET OF KEYS



The apartment is supplied with one set of keys due to the building’s limited key allocation. If your group requires an additional set, please contact us before arrival. Additional arrangements and delivery charges may apply.



SECURITY CAMERAS



Security cameras operate in the building’s shared exterior and common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
