Very disappointed with the check in process. We got to the room at 9pm to check in only to find the key card had expired. We then had to eat our takeaway in the lobby while waiting for the third party to advise us how we would be able to get into our room. After about an hour of waiting we were finally able to get into our room. The next day we had to wait at reception for about half an hour to get new key card which was quite an inconvenience to our trip. Apart from this, the room was clean & the view was lovely.
