The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well presented and the place had been cleaned. The view was great. One afternoon we saw lots of humpback whales from the balcony. We were an easy walk to both Pacific Fair and the main Broadbeach shopping strip. We had easy access to public transport. The room was missing a fork. We did not have adequate wifi nor internet while at our stay. We had continual communication with the property manager, went through 3 different wifi providers and logins but to no satisfactory conclusion despite an NBN technician being send after a few days and it being temporarily resolved for about 12 hours. This meant my husband couldn’t run his business from the apartment( our own Telstra connectivity was in a dead spot) and we couldn’t stream TV.Key collection was communicated poorly and we went to one location then another before getting the keys.
