It was NOT the view we were told the unit had & there was no 2nd key. We reported it & was told a key would come to us on Saturday morning. We waited for 2 hours no-one came, so I rang & was told there wasn't a 2nd key at all.There were no instructions on the hob or microwave - we did look it up on the internet but it wasn't helpful. the whole process was terrible & we wouldn't go through Burleigh Letting co again
