Serenity is a relaxed waterfront home in a peaceful Elanora location, overlooking the calm waters of Pine Lake. With an inground swimming pool, private sandy beach on the canal and plenty of space to unwind, it’s the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a laid-back Gold Coast stay.

The single-level home is bright, comfortable and designed for easy living, with open spaces that flow out to the outdoor entertaining area and water views. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee by the pool, an afternoon paddle on the canal or a relaxed evening with family and friends, Serenity makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The air-conditioned living area features comfortable furnishings, a smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, while a separate media room with a second TV provides extra space to spread out and relax. There is also a dining area for four guests and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench and storage space.

Serenity offers three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal option for work colleagues travelling together, longer stays or guests looking for extra space and privacy. The master bedroom features a queen bed, air-conditioning and private ensuite with walk-in shower, while the second and third bedrooms each include a single bed. Ceiling fans throughout provide year-round comfort.

The home also includes a main bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet, along with a full laundry featuring a washing machine and dryer.

Step outside to the covered waterfront patio and take in the peaceful outlook across the swimming pool and tranquil canal waters of Pine Lake. Guests can enjoy the private sandy beach at low tide, or bring along a paddleboard or kayak to explore the calm waterways right from the backyard.

Serenity also offers a secure lock-up garage with parking for two cars, plus plenty of storage space for bikes, boards and outdoor gear. The fully fenced grassy yard provides plenty of room for kids to play.

Conveniently located just 2km from The Pines Shopping Centre and only 3km from Palm Beach, the home is close to local cafés, restaurants, surf beaches and walking paths while still offering a quiet and relaxed setting away from the busier tourist areas. Keys are to be collected from and returned to 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 23 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
