Okay Stay
Weather was wet. Television in lounge room didn’t work after the first 2 days. Broken shower handle made getting in and out of the shower a challenge. Loose tiles in entry. Room was spotless and clean. Pool was closed for 2 days.

We hope you told the office of the issues in your room so it could be remedied.Regarding the weather and the pool, some things are out of our control and we do need to do pool maintanance and unfortunatley this means closing the pool sometimes. Good layout of unit and space was excellent …. Linen and towels were immaculate. Position perfect, however the unit cleanliness was not the best. appliances and carpet need attention before renting. we could not use the toaster due to its state. Possibly cleaners may need supervision between rents….

appartement spacieux mais sale
hotel très calme , gérants sympathiques, appartement très spacieux mais sale et vieillissant. le ménage n'avait pas été fait si ce n'est les derniers occupants qui avaient rangé. la literie était propre mais pas de protection sur les matelas. Nous étions en RDJ, 2 chambres. le sol était plein de sable. C'est moi qui ai nettoyé sur les dessus des meubles et étagères des placards pour poser des affaires. Il y avait de la moisissure ds les cabines de douche dues au manque de nettoyage. Les meubles des salles d'eau étaient vieillissant tout comme le canapé qui devrait etre changé. L'eau de la piscine ne semblait pas claire non plus. dommage nous étions très bien

The property was in great location .The apartment was spacious it just needed a good dusting and dishwasher needed a good clean other than that I would highly recommend it .

Great size apartment with all the necessary items required for a ten day stay. The pool and spas were great and it is so close to the beach and the shopping area. We were able to walk to the casino in about 10 minutes, the same for pacific fair shopping mall. Would recommend for couples and families.

We stayed for two weeks in a ground floor unit looking directly onto the road with limited sun exposure. Used the very nice swimming pool once only due to lack of sun. No information pack in room and only found out on the day before leaving that there was recycling available.

Property was extremely dirty. Was dead hugs everywhere. Was a very unpleasant stay. Only stayed one night out of 4 and left and booked other accomodation. Tried to get a refund and they refused, even after they had moved us to a second room that was just as bad. Was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at would never recommend it to anyone

Summary of stay - Sept 2022
Great location, friendly management, nice apartment - some basic maintenance was an issue - leaking pipe in kitchen and mismatched kitchen and cooking utensils. E.g., why provide a microwave safe dish if it doesn’t fit in the microwave!! Construction of apartment tower next door was noisy to continue until March 2023.

Stayed here recently with my sister and we loved it.The managers were so lovely and helpful guiding us in the right direction for our daily outings.The location was excellent within walking distance to everything including the shopping centres,casino,beach and public transport.Definitely stay there again.

The Ritz was a fantastic place for us to stay with our two young kids. Huge, comfortable apartment with all the amenities we needed. Right next to the playground and beach, short walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, and public transport. 10/10, highly recommended!

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. We know we can always improve on what we do. The apartments are scheduled for a spring clean now that the Dec/Jan months are behind us. None of the apartments have been vacant long enough for housekeeping to undertake that over the past 2 months. Please book direct if you travel to Broadbeach and we will be able to offer you a 5% discount and our complimentary inclusions to enjoy during your stay.

Incredibly helpful, friendly & professional Management & staff. SO LOVELY. Great advice and assistance. Good sized apartment. All amenities we required. Great view of the beach, walking distance (5 minutes) to beach and shops. 10 minute walk or less to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Really great location. Saw fireworks from balcony on New Years Eve

Great size family apartment
This 2br apartment surprised us with its size. Large living room and kitchen area with a good size balcony. Being in a few floors you were on ground level as quick as a flash. It's not exactly new, but it was very comfortable and the location is brilliant. For families there are excellent playground facilities at the end of the street and good options galore. I would stay there again

We arrived to staff lovel lady telling me she made sure I had a tv in my room to me where to enjoying dining gave us a late check so we could stroll over enjoy breakfast etc on getting to I our room we found it spacious clean two rooms two onsuites it was lovely I especially thank the staff for taking care of all our needs can’t wait to enjoy beautiful pool spa & unit all available like the short still to beach & shopping again 😊

We love it at The Ritz Resort, Alison was so welcoming and told us about the best places to go and even when she found out it was my birthday, she gave me a box of chocolates, which was lovely of her.

Well maintained unit bock, super friendly staff. Great location, walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. But private enough to feel tranquil. We booked for “sea views” but on the third floor it was tree views with water glimpses only. Overall we loved this place!!!
