WritingVery disappointing stay and extremely poor management.There were multiple issues with the apartment that made the stay uncomfortable:• The air conditioners were full of mould, so we couldn’t use them for the entire stay. On the Gold Coast this is a major problem.• The kitchen was not properly cleaned — oven trays and pots were dirty when we arrived.• The fan didn’t work.• The TV kept glitching and cutting out.• No basic toiletries were provided (no shower gel or similar).These are all very basic things that should be checked before guests arrive.What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. These issues were raised but there was little to no response from management and absolutely no compensation offered despite the problems affecting the stay.For the price paid, the standard was completely unacceptable. I would still be open to discussing this with management if they’re willing to take responsibility and offer a reasonable resolution, but based on the experience so far I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
