The Space:

This 4-bedroom home offers unique features of a private pontoon, billiard table and private water access for exclusive family moments. Great to park boat/jetski. The cozy living space, complete with billiard table, opens up to breathtaking views of the water, enhancing every moment with natural beauty.



The outdoor dining area on the deck, BBQ, and fenced backyard promises unforgettable experiences for everyone. Each bedroom features a smart TV, ensuring relaxation and entertainment for all.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to all the house, pool, patio and the water access. You are invited to make yourself at home from 3:00pm on the day of your arrival. You can park up to 2 cars here. Garage is NOT available.



Your stay includes complete access to the entire house, thoughtfully equipped with quality linen, an abundance of towels, and toiletries for your comfort. Each room showcases tasteful decor. Free WiFi, smart TV with Netflix.



In our fully stocked kitchen, you'll find all the essentials, including tea and coffee to kickstart your day.

Strictly no parties allowed - no hens, bucks or schoolies. No tolerance policy for disorderly conduct and parties.



Families are dearly welcomed, and upon request, we are pleased to provide a baby cot, pram, and changing table to ensure even our youngest guests feel at home.



Small furry friends are welcome if pre-approved
