The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- There is no on-site parking available. Though the Gypress Gardens paid parking lot is located nearby.

- The unit is only available via a lift.

- There are ongoing constructions works happening on the building next door until further notice, some noise is expected
