The upper floor features another living room with a television, four spacious bedrooms, and two full bathrooms—all with exterior access.
In addition, the property features a 100 m² guest house built with local stone and wooden beams, complete with a full kitchen, two spacious en-suite bedrooms—each with a full bathroom featuring a shower stall—and spectacular views of the pool and garden.
The villa is located in the Miñor Valley, set in a natural setting offering great privacy and charm, where you can enjoy bike rides or hiking trails. The villa is just five minutes from the beaches and very close to Baiona. It also allows you to visit the city of Vigo, which is only 16 km away.
The Miñor Valley blends a rural atmosphere with the most beautiful white-sand beaches of the Rías Baixas (Playa América, Panxón, Patos, Prado, etc.)—areas rich in history and lively atmosphere, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants where you can savor the wonderful Galician cuisine. A must-see that we highly recommend is the Cíes Islands, easily accessible by boat and recognized by the international press as the most beautiful in the world (Rodas Beach). Today, the Cíes Islands are a natural park featuring small dunes, pristine wilderness, and crystal-clear waters—a place everyone should visit.
