“Property was very clean. The mule rentals at first seemed little expensive but over the 2 nights we stayed the kids had a blast riding around the property on them and seeing all the different types of animals, so definitely worth it. “The house is very large and provides many different areas for groups to sit and visit. The lake is low low because of work on the dam. We were not able to enjoy the lake. The swimming pool is wonderful. We spent many hours at the pool and the children really enjoyed it. The number of bedrooms made sleeping arrangements very easy. The house could use some TLC. For the cost, it was a good deal. ”

“We hosted my sister-in-laws baby shower at Opa’s house and had a pretty great experience. We had some AC problems on the first night but Joy was able to send someone out to fix it right away and provided a partial refund for the troubles! There were also some creepy crawlies (as to be expected out in the country) but overall had a great time. Would definitely book this lovely cabin again for future family events!”
