This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably accommodates families, couples, and small groups looking to enjoy all that lake life has to offer. The spacious layout features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and double full bedroom, along with two full bathrooms and thoughtfully designed living spaces that make it easy to gather together or unwind after a day on the water.

Step outside and take in the breathtaking lake views. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the deck, spending the day boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge.

20 minute car ride or 10 minute boat ride to Bridgewater marina
15 minute car ride to closest grocery store(Food Lion)
5 minute car ride to closest convenience store

Guest will have full access to the home, outdoor living spaces and property during their stay. Enjoy the entire house. The only area that is not accessible to guests is a locked owner's closet, which is reserved for storage and property supplies.

Other things to note:
*Please supervise children at all times while outdoors. The property is located directly on the lake and water access is just steps away from the home.
*No lifeguard on duty at any time.
*Guests are responsible for their own safety while enjoying the lake and waterfront areas.
*Life jackets are not provided. If you plan to swim, boat, or participate in water activities, please bring appropriately sized life jackets for all members of your group.
*Please note the fireplace is non operational, this is for decoration only.
*The home is on a private well system, so water pressure and taste may differ from city water. It is regularly maintained for guest use.
*No pets are permitted on the property.
*Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Please smoke/vape outside.
*No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.
*Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of the home and neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
*Please treat our home as your own so others can enjoy the lake property.
