    Wow! This is an absolutely outstanding location. Listen to the waves crashing from the back deck of this upgraded house nestled amongst the dunes, this property provides the best of Goolwa Beach life. Only 200 metres to Kuti Shack cafe, the brand new Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club and glorious Goolwa Beach! Spend your holiday exploring Goolwa Beach, surfing, swimming, having coffee or brunch at the acclaimed Kuti Shack or perhaps utilising the club for a wine and a cheese platter is more your style.

    There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area opening out onto the back outdoor living area and the dunes. The living has a combustion stove for winter warmth and ambiance plus 2 reverse-cycle split system air conditioners. There is a wall-mounted TV with free Netflix, books, and board games. Plus, a table tennis table that can be found in the garage to play a game. The kitchen is fully fitted out and includes a dishwasher and coffee machine. All cookware, serving ware, and cutlery are provided.

    The property has 2 new bathrooms. There are two showers, a bath and two toilets.

Great location

Lovely home very close to the beach. A very enjoyable stay. Pet friendly including indoors meant my dog felt safe and we people were happy.

Cool, contained and perfect for a relaxing holiday stay away!

My family had the best time spending the Christmas period at this superb spot right next to the fabulous Goolwa Beach. Incredibly comfortable and quiet, we couldn’t have asked for a more comfy home away from home. Thank you so much to the hosts for allowing us to spend our holiday in your beautiful slice of heaven!

Great Pet Friendly place at Goolwa near beach

The place was very clean & tidy and had everything you would need for a holiday break. The location was close enough to walk our dogs to the beach. There was great communication from the property manager. Overall, I would highly recommend the place for a relaxed holiday break.

Beach house bliss

Lovely well appointed house. Roomy and comfortable with a huge couch for watching movies with a glass of wine after sunset over the beach ,which is only a few meters walk away up the road . Very relaxing ,bright and beachy .

Our time at Goolwa South

The home is located a short walk to the beach and the cafe at the end of beach road. A shopping centre including a supermarket and bottle shop are a quick drive away. The kitchen, dining and lounge area are very comfortable and allowed us to cook good meals and relax with a wine or two. The home is fully fenced including the front area so our dog really enjoyed her stay and hopefully we will be back again soon.

Ok but some issues

Clean house. Close to the beach. Well equipped. A bit tired in places, such as bathroom where shower head leaks and new head needed. Only able to open one windows in bedoom.

Quick getaway

Property was great, perfect for a quick getaway just me and my little dog. Only issue was the back yard was not secure enough for my dog. Also the sliding glass door on the shower was not on its runner so a bit unsafe. Hot water tap in the bathroom sink was stuck so I couldn’t use it. However the big bath made up for it 🙂

Quiet good location

Quiet area, clean tidy house near shops and beach. Has everything you require eg cooking cleaning and very important to us pet friendly with a safe back yard
